Jason Marx
Co-Owner
As a certified personal trainer, I know what its like to need help, encouragement and discipline. I too have had many setbacks in life which I have had to overcome and because of that it has made me a better trainer but more importantly a better man. Each individual I train, I specialize in that person’s needs and goals, and every session is never the same. My training is not only fun but fresh, I have trained all ends of the spectrum from pregnant woman to collegiate athletes. I not only motivate my clients but I take pride in helping them reach their goals, I will push one to their limit and create a path to success.
Connor Ching
Co-Owner
Connor earned a degree in Public Health and Communications from the University of Nevada Reno. After college, he developed his training skills through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. Connor designs programs specific to a client’s goals, current exercise level, and medical history. Connor specializes in mobility through strength training, weight loss, and athletic training, taking a preventive injury approach. Connor brings a fresh, fun, and challenging process to workouts.
Camille Paulos
Camille is a Personal Trainer who values education. She holds a BA degree in Psychology which she utilizes to help encourage positive behavioral change. Camille is certified through PTA Global, NASM, and Precision Nutrition. She is continually furthering her knowledge through certifications and workshops. Camille has competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. She also uses her experience overcoming severe eating disorders to connect with her clients in various ways. Her training methodologies center around the science of movement patterns and physiological aspects of the body. Her main priorities are ensuring her clients have great experiences that pave the way to living fit and healthy lifestyles.
Robbie Merrill
Born and raised in Menlo Park, Robbie returned to the Bay Area after earning his B.S in Physical Education at the University of Arizona. His interest in fitness is the summation of his passion for sports, physical activities, and his love for helping others. For more than 15 years, Robbie has been assisting clients in creating healthier lifestyles, finding enjoyment in exercise, and building functional strength through movement. Robbie always strives to increase his knowledge in exercise science. He holds several certifications, including his NASM CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. Robbie enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and his labrador in his spare time.
Brandon Fahrer
Brandon is a Bay Area native with ten years of experience in the fitness industry. He attended San Francisco State University, where he received a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise and Movement Science. He is also certified by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association and the National College of Exercise Professionals. Brandon loves educating his clients on proper movement patterns, lifting techniques, and nutrition. He is passionate about helping people become the best possible versions of themselves through physical fitness.
Chermayne Yago
Chermayne brings her knowledge from playing high-level collegiate softball and combines that with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy to bring out the best in her clients. She says, “Anyone can do it; we are all capable of working hard. With the right direction and a little fun, we can all reach our goals.” “There’s nothing more rewarding than providing the ultimate support system to someone’s journey to the best version of themselves. It’s amazing”! Chermayne focuses on functional movements with an emphasis on injury prevention. She tailors her training to each individual.

Nic Bongi
Nic grew up in Belmont, CA, where he cultivated a passion for sports and fitness at a young age. Nic received a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame De Namur University in 2018. After college, he began working at a private gym in Pacifica, CA, where he specialized in working 1-1 with clients. Nic then took his knowledge to Equinox, where he helped clients from all different walks of life accomplish their goals. “During our training sessions, we’ll work on perfecting proper techniques to get you moving better and living pain-free. I’ll also ensure you understand the reasoning behind each exercise, so you have more insight into reaching your fitness goals”
Adrian Lara
Adrain grew up in a family of six boys. He was raised with strong family values and an unparalleled work ethic. That work ethic drives him every day to be the best he possibly can be in both his professional and personal life.
Adrian’s passion is to inspire, motivate and educate his clients. He focuses on building strength through functional movements. Adrian’s attention to detail assures his clients always have the correct form and technique. With nearly decades worth of experience Adrian is able to implement a science-based approach to training in a fun way. His goal as a trainer is to equip his clients with both skills and knowledge needed to reach their goals.
Danielle Chan
Danielle graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology. After college, she decided to shift her passion into the health and fitness field. Danielle has worked primarily with the senior citizen community for plus ten years. She specializes in functional training and injury rehabilitation.
For Danielle, the best part of training is seeing clients feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
In her downtime, she enjoys watching sports and traveling the world.
Ray Collen
Ray has been a trainer since 2016, working out since 2012. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Biomechanics specialist, trigger point, and myofascial release specialist. Ray is also well-versed in dynamic stretching and assisted stretching, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and weight loss.
Ray has personally lost 150lbs from 2012 to 2015 and has become very well-versed in general weight loss as a result. Ray came out of the weight loss experience wishing he had known more when he started; now, he’s trying to help people in all kinds of situations get healthy with the best start possible!
Yolanda Marquez
Yolanda graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Exercise Biology. She holds several certifications, including her NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, Precision Nutrition Level 2, & Pre & Post Natal Exercise.
Growing up, Yolanda battled with the stigma of being an obese child & adolescent. She has spent her adulthood fostering a better relationship with her body. As a Personal Trainer, she has helped her clients do the same for the last eight years.
Yolanda strives to make her client’s fitness goals accessible and attainable.
While not at the gym, you’ll find Yolanda hiking, indoor rock climbing, swimming, playing badminton, and even throwing axes outside of the gym.
Gonzalo Hernandez
Gonzalo is an accredited NCCA Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience in the health and fitness field.
Gonzalo’s passion for mastering his journey as an athletic trainer and coach has led him to seek more education and further his knowledge by obtaining certifications in strength and conditioning from the National Council on Strength and Fitness, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the United States Olympic Committee, he is also CPR and AED Certified with the American Heart Association.
His passion for sports, health, and fitness has driven him to seek and further his education to master the skill of coaching.
He has helped athletes, patients, and sports enthusiasts reach a higher performance level in a wide range of sports.
As an individual, he believes that the mastery of coaching lies in the ability to connect, motivate and inspire others to achieve the unimaginable-conquer all fears.
Coach Gonzalo Calderon Hernandez is very excited to work with athletes, patients, and clients. He also enjoys helping student athletes reach their maximal performance potentials on and off their performance fields through a healthier balance in life’s dynamics.
Don Donelly
Don graduated from UC Davis with a degree in managerial economics. After graduation, he continued his education by completing his NASM CPT and CrossFit level 1 credentials.
Outside the gym, Don loves to be outdoors with his dog (A Belgian Malinois named Kona). He enjoys taking her on adventures of any size, from small trail hikes to extended backpacking trips.
Don’s goal is to lead, encourage and support his clients through their fitness journeys.
